About Service PBG/IMB
PBG (Persetujuan Bangunan Gedung / Building Construction Approval) is a mandatory permit before constructing, renovating, expanding, reducing, or changing the function of a building. Since Government Regulation No. 16 of 2021 took effect, PBG has replaced the former IMB (Building Construction Permit), with an integrated application process through the SIMBG system.
Izin AMDAL, part of PT. Bintang Tsuroyya Bersinar, now also handles PBG processing as a complement to the environmental licensing services we have long provided. For companies building new facilities, environmental documents and building permits are both prerequisites that go hand in hand before operations can begin.
