PBG (Building Approval) processing, the successor to IMB, for new construction, renovation, or building function changes, per current regulations.
PBG (Persetujuan Bangunan Gedung / Building Construction Approval) is a mandatory permit before constructing, renovating, expanding, reducing, or changing the function of a building. Since Government Regulation No. 16 of 2021 took effect, PBG has replaced the former IMB (Building Construction Permit), with an integrated application process through the SIMBG system.
